Digital Authorship: Writing through New Media
Talan skriver selv:
I will be showing a collection of my literary hypermedia works including Lexia to Perplexia, The Berth of V.ness, Self Portrait(s) [as Other(s)], and a couple of new recombinant music pieces. The talk will focus on what it means to be a new media author, focusing on the various modes of expression available to new media writers such as sound, image, animation, and interactivity. I will also show a collaborative project just completed by my Special Project class at Blekinge Tekniska Hogskola in Karlskrona Sweden —RE:COLLATED HAIKUS.
The demo of this piece will lead to a “live action” recombinant textual work that involves input from the audience.
