In the morning Gen-la will teach us about Sutra, Buddha´s common teachings, which create the foundation for successful spiritual practice. These teachings help us to train our mind to deal more effectively with every day life and help us to open our heart. They also include profound teachings on the nature of reality. Through understanding the real nature of things we can gradually free our mind from its limiting conceptions and start to function in a more real and effective way than we ever have before.

In the afternoon Gen-la will share teachings on Tantra, Buddha´s uncommon teachings. Although Tantra is very popular, not many people understand its real meaning. Buddha´s Tantric teachings show us how we can learn to use our subtle and very subtle minds to explore and understand the illusory nature of our reality and to discover the underlying bliss and peace of its true nature.

Drawing on her deep experience, Gen-la will show us how to practice the union of Sutra and Tantra to make swift and unmistaken progress in our spiritual practice for the benefit of both ourself and others.
