French born Gautier Serre aka Igorrr has managed to send shockwave after shockwave into the world of electronic alternative music, with his elegant and flawless blend of genres as different as folk music, breakcore, metal, classical music and jazz to name but a few.
With a string of highly praised albums and EP’s on labels like German Ad Noiseam and Dutch Prspct Recordings, and collaborations with artists like Bong-Ra, Teloch (guitarist of Nidingr, Mayhem) and the upcoming collaboration with fellow Frenchman Ruby My Dear, Igorrr has established himself as one of the most important new artists in contemporary electronic music.
