Invigorate your body and mind through the powerful and healing practice of prostrations. In this workshop you will learn a special moving meditation that combines exercise, breathing & mindfulness to revitalize both our body and mind. We engage in this practice by making physical prostrations to enlightened beings who represent the qualities we wish to develop within our self. When we prostrate we become more humble and receptive in our spiritual practice and it is easier to make progress. Engaging in prostrations has many benefits, it has been called the best exercise, and helps us to have a very healthy and energetic body and mind. It is also very purifying, helping us to clear away negative thoughts and habits, and it is a very powerful action because it brings our body speech and mind together.
