With the instrumentation drums, piano and trombone, Lana trio is unique in Norwegian measures and rare everywhere else. The trio plays intuitive and uncompromising improvisations, resulting in music ranging from everything to almost nothing. Since their reformation in 2012, Lana Trio have played extensively throughout Europe and further afield, including two tours of Japan last year. They have released two records; “Lana trio” (2013) and “Live in Japan” (2014)

“veve” is a duo, based on improvised music. Since spring 2014, two musicians (vocal and drum) from different cultural, personal and musical backgrounds have been getting together to explore different musical and artistic approaches. The music they play is the result of this on-going process. Thus, it is constantly shifting and unpredictable, even for the musicians selves, yet is always woven together with the rawness residing in the present moment.
