Monday evening meditation classes

A perfect introduction and guidance in mindfulness and meditation.

In this class you will learn how to meditate and how to apply simple techniques into your daily life to keep a happy and peaceful mind.

By using meditation and integrating that experience into your life eventually you will eradicate all your negativity and you can enjoy a peaceful and happy mind all the time.

These weekly meditation classes are suitable for all levels of experience and everyone is welcome!

This class combines simple guided meditations and practical teachings on modern buddhism – easy to practice and powerful to solve our everyday problems. The methods taught are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind but can be practiced by anyone, Buddhist or not.

You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a session. You do not need to book in advance, simply pay when you arrive. Participants sit on chairs or meditation cushions to meditate.
