ASTMA – joint project of Alexei Borisov and Olga Nosova since 2009. Their project is a unique combination of experiences, styles and instruments. Alexei Borisov is a veteran of Russian experimental music, true legend of Moscow underground scene. Olga Nosova represents the young generation of Russian improvisers. Both are skillful multi-instrumentalists and vocalists, using a wide range of instrumentation, from drums and guitars to analog and digital electronics, sound objects and self-made instruments. The duo is traveling around the world, collaborating with many musicians, sound artists, video producers, performers, dancers and poets from different countries.
