Thursday meditation class

In this class you will learn meditations and techniques derived from Buddhism that helps you to solve problems that we all face in our daily life and to find a deep lasting happiness from within. Every class gives you a simple guidance in how to apply these techniques to your daily life, you will be guided in a mediation and you will have time to ask questions.

These weekly meditation classes are suitable for all levels of experience and everyone is welcome!

It includes guided meditation, a talk about meditation and time for questions.

You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a session. You do not need to book in advance, simply pay when you arrive. Participants sit on chairs or meditation cushions to meditate.
