A perfect introduction and guidance in mindfulness and meditation. These weekly meditation classes are suitable for all levels of experience and everyone is welcome! In this class you will learn how to meditate and how to apply simple techniques into your daily life to keep a happy and peaceful mind.

The class consists of guided meditation and teachings on meditation and how to apply these methods into our life to enjoy a happy and positive life. You can attend a whole course, or simply drop in whenever you can; each class is self-contained.

Inner Strength – a 8 week course in concentration

Nowadays we have so many distractions on every corner its rare to enjoy even a moment of inner peace. However through improving our concentration, we can drastically increase the power of our mind. This enables us to fulfil our wishes, benefit others and to experience the happiness that comes from a still and peaceful mind.
