A perfect introduction and guidance in mindfulness and meditation. These weekly meditation classes are suitable for all levels of experience and everyone is welcome! In this class you will learn how to meditate and how to apply simple techniques into your daily life to keep a happy and peaceful mind.
The class consists of guided meditation and teachings on meditation and how to apply these methods into our life to enjoy a happy and positive life. You can attend a whole course, or simply drop in whenever you can; each class is self-contained.

Transform your life to a joyful path, full of meaning, through simple practical meditations and ways of thinking. We can learn ways of thinking and reacting that will leads to peaceful and happy states of mind, everything that appears to us throughout our life can begin to help us becoming the person we want to be.

This course will focus on giving a good understanding and experience of meditation as well as elucidating a bigger understanding of how meditation can solve our problems and difficult situations.
