Mantra, which simply means protection for the mind is a special method to create inner protection from suffering and to draw closer to the pure qualities we wish to have. By reciting mantras we create a connection with enlightened minds and we can quickly overcome any negativity and difficult situation.

During this half-day course Gen Tubchen will guide us through the powerful practice of mantra recitation, how we can use this in our daily life and the incredible benefits of this practice. With these methods we create a real place of refuge in our own mind that is safe from any danger.
