Let’s have some fun and play with games that will improve our skills when it comes to solving complex challenges.
Solving challenges is seldom easy, situations tend to have some degree of complexity. In order to tackle that, we need to be able to see the whole picture, think in systems, understand interconnection and how changing something here might have unexpected consequences elsewhere.
We will spend about 2h testing various games extracted from the Systems Thinking Playbook and see how we can learn from them.
No prior knowledge about systems thinking required, come with an open mind and good mood!
