Is this the Age of Aquarius? A wizard said it’s the Vapor Age, intellectuals say the descent of the western world is upon us.
What’s 4 sure is that the line between real and fake is blurred, and our world is changing faster than we can deal with.

This edition of After School Special is a playful attempt at exploring the relationship between modern technology and future art. Digital media is such an integral part of our lives it’s easy to forget how much of it we actually consume.
VIRTUAL GLANCE invites artists who have little or no knowledge of digital technologies to render 3D sculptures virtually. The pieces won’t be touched by physical hands until they are printed in a 3D printer, thus the relationship between the creator and the object is different than that between a real clay sculpture and the hands that carved it.
As artists, it’s important to reflect the times we live in. How we relate to this today will define the future, … so let’s play!
