Lydgalleriet boklansering og Blue Rinse Booklaunch Edition

Lydgalleriet lanserer to egenpubliserte bøker 23. februar! Den ene er en retrospektiv med bidrag fra mange involverte i Lydgalleriets aktivitet gjennom sine første ti år, 2005-2015, den andre er en håndbok om bruk av lyd som materiale i visningsrommet, skrevet av tidligere kunstnerisk leder Jørgen Larsson.
Parallellt med lanseringen av kjører vi et virkelig kult live sett med Blue Rinse (BOOKLAUNCH EDITION!) med Jiska Huizing, Julie Silset, Mathias Loose og Alan Ó Raghallaigh. Blue Rinse er Lydgalleriet sin konsertserie med et spesielt fokus på den performative siden av variable soniske univers.
Det vil bli masse bra mennesker, bøker til spesialpris, nyproduserte Lydgalleriet totes, lyd, soaring violins, city soundscapes, stuttering voices, records in reverse, blue sinetones, guided meditation, buzzing synths og vin.

Lydgalleriet is launching two books on the 23rd Febuary. One is a retrospective with contributions from many involved with Lydgalleriet’s activity through its’ first ten years, 2005-2015, the other is a handbook about using sound as a material in the gallery space, written by former artistic director Jørgen Larsson.
Accompanying the launch we have really cool live set of Blue Rinse (BOOKLAUNCH EDITION!) this evening, with Jiska Huizing, Julie Silset, Mathias Loose and Alan Ó Raghallaigh. Blue Rinse delves into the performative side of the sonic arts, and with the second edition forming a sonic illustration to the books being launched.
There will be lots of good people, books, totes, sound, soaring violins, city soundscapes, stuttering voices, records in reverse, blue sinetones, guided meditation, buzzing synths and wine.
