A Meaningful Life

[Bilde]

What makes life truly meaningful?

Sometimes it seems that the more we get the more dissatisfied we become, always longing for more, or for things to change.

Explore the essential points of how to live a truly happy, fulfilling and meaningful life with Buddhist monk Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab. Drawing on 40 years of personal experience he will show how anyone can integrate the ancient inner science of meditation into busy modern life. Through doing this we can not only find practical solutions to many of our everyday problems but also discover real meaning in every moment of our life.

Gen-la Khyenrab is one of the most senior teachers of the New Kadampa Tradition, regularly teaching throughout the world to large audiences. Don´t miss this extraordinary opportunity to hear him speak for the first time in Scandinavia, in the relatively intimate setting of the new nordic Kadampa city temple in Oslo.

This talk is a stand alone talk, which will include a short guided meditation. You can also combine it with the afternoon talk and the daycourse on Sunday if you wish to attend all events.

Between talks the temple and cafe will be open serving light refreshments and a simple light lunch.

Please book in advance to be sure of a space.
