Meditation is a powerful inner tool that provides us with the opportunity to cultivate a peaceful and strong mind. Eventually we can learn how to be happy and peaceful no matter what is going on around us. The ability to develop a calm and peaceful mind is a priceless gift to ourself and others. Through simple regular meditation we can develop an inner joy and strength that we can carry into our daily life.

These classes will be taught by Vemund Skulberg. He is a student on the Teacher Training Programme and has been studying and practicing meditation for a number of years. He is known for his warmth and kind heart.

The classes are taught in clear, easy-to-understand English and are suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to deepen and strengthen their meditation practice. Each class includes a talk and one to two guided meditations. Each class is self-contained so you can drop in whenever you can or attend the whole series for optimal benefit.
