Love, Desire & Attachment

We all wish to enjoy positive and satisfying relationships. To do this, we must learn the difference between love and attachment. We can learn about this only through Buddha’s teachings. Discover how to increase your pure love for others so that you and others will be happy all the time. This will give rise to stable and harmonious relationships that bring great benefit. Reduce the pain of dissatisfying relationships by learning to control your desire through meditation.

This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience of meditation. Lunch is included.

About the Teacher

This class will be taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Tubchen. She is a Buddhist nun with 20 years experience of meditation. Be guided to deep meditation experiences and inspired by her clear and powerful teachings.
