The Joy of Meditation

People of all ages and backgrounds are turning to Buddhist meditation to provide not only the philosophy for a happy life but the practical skills to accomplish it.

The secret is simple, the source of our happiness lies within our own mind and especially in being able to keep a peaceful mind. When our mind is peaceful we are happy.

• Learn how to develop and cultivate peaceful and positive states of mind through various meditation practices and let go of negative states of mind
• Discover the inner tranquility and abide within the peace of your own mind.

This class will be taught by 3 teachers. Each has experience of the study and practice of meditation. They will give personal insights into the joy of meditation to inspire you to begin or make progress in meditation.
