Buddha’s teachings can be divided in Sutra and Tantra. In Tantra we are creating a joyful pure world, first with our imagination and later, through purifying our mind this world will become a reality for us.
In this half day course Gen Kelsang Dragpa will explain the basic foundations needed for buddhist tantric practice, the four levels of tantra and also how we can improve our inner peace and happiness by connecting to our pure nature.
Everyone is welcome.
These classes will be taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Dragpa. He is a Modern Kadampa Buddhist monk and the National Spiritual Director of the Nordic Region. He received ordination in 1993 from Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and is one of his most senior disciples. Gen Dragpa has taught extensively in the Netherlands, UK, Belgium and France. His teachings are very practical and easy to understand. They offer profound solutions to our everyday problems.
The classes are taught in clear, easy-to-understand English and are suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to deepen and strengthen their meditation practice.
