Lamrim Retreat: so much more than just breathing meditation

[Bilde]

This short city retreat is an opportunity to become familiar with Buddhist meditation and in particular the meditations on the stages of the path to enlightenment. These meditations, known as Lamrim, have the power to improve our good qualities (love, compassion and wisdom) and increase our inner peace and happiness. We will also do breathing meditation to calm and relax our mind before the Lamrim meditations.

Larmim meditation includes 21 meditations, all of which are methods to improve our inner peace, happiness and good qualities. Breathing meditation can help us to relax and become more peaceful but by also practicing Lamrim meditation we can transform our mind.

This retreat is an opportunity to experience the benefits of Lamrim meditation and learn how to integrate them into our life.

You can attend either one or both days of the retreat.
The second day of the retreat is held on 20th October.
