We often look for stories to inspire us in our life and to give new energy and new strength to cope with life’s changes and difficulties.
During this special event Gen Dragpa will present some beautiful and profound stories from Buddha’s teachings that will increase our confidence in our spiritual potential and show us that we can develop our good qualities just like many people in the past have done.
This special event will give us many examples to inspire us about how we can transform our mind and what we can achieve.
We will learn about stories from Buddha’s teaching that can transform the way we see ourself, others and the world around in a more positive and joyful way.
Gen Kelsang Dragpa is a Modern Kadampa Buddhist monk and the National Spiritual Director of the Nordic Region. He is the Principal Teacher at Nordic Kadampa Meditation Centre, Oslo.
He received ordination in 1993 from Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and is one of his most senior disciples. Gen Dragpa has taught extensively in the Netherlands, UK, Belgium and France.
His teachings are very practical and easy to understand. They offer profound solutions to our everyday problems.
