A bit about Nav Sangita and Kundalini yoga:
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. It is about being present and observant in yourself while you are doing the exercises and meditations. To experience them fully, your eyes are closed.

A Kundalini yoga class consists of a mantra to tune in followed by a set of exercises called kriya. Kundalini yoga has several thousand kriyas for specific purposes, so there is a lot to choose from. After the physical activation, the body gets to rest in shavasana, lying on the ground. Then follows a meditation which can include chanting. At the end, a song and mantra close the practice.

Nav Sangeeta will teach the two classes. She has done her practical Kundalini yoga teacher training in Bali with KRI this year.

The first hour yogaclass will be a kriya which helps strengthen your interconnection and communication.

The classes will be good for beginners and practitioners.

The Groove Method®:

Groove is a unifying, creative and dynamic interactive group dance experience!

The purpose of this dance practice is to create strong and uplifting experiences, which allows us who participate to get in touch with our own inner wisdom. To feel good in our bodies and explore how it is to move authentically and creatively to music, regardless if we are alone or in a group context.

It can easily be described as a meeting between ecstatic free dance (ex 5 rhythms, biodanza) and traditional fitness groupdance training
