Meditation course: Dealing with loss & change

Losing the people and things that we love and dealing with unwanted changes in our lives is an experience that we often find painful. Although we wish to find lasting pleasure, comfort and security in relationships, jobs, possessions, and other external things, in the end none of them can give us the lasting pleasure, comfort and security we long for. However real inner peace, happiness and quality of life come from a completely different source.

On this day course, Gen Kelsang Jangdom will explain the methods for truly enjoying life, regardless of its ups and downs. We will learn through gaining a special wisdom and engaging in meditation to develop a mental resilience that will keep us happy and peaceful in even the most challenging circumstances, and enable us to benefit the people we love.
