In these classes we will learn the basics of meditation so that we can successfully practice at home. Each week will include a short teaching followed by a meditation that can be found on the CD:s Meditations for Relaxation, Meditations for Clear Mind & Meditations for Kind Heart and occasionally a Lamrim meditation
In this course, Gen Kelsang Dragpa will explain how by learning to meditate,everyone can discover inner peace, the real source of stable happiness. When we realize through our own experience that meditation increases our inner qualities, we can begin to experience the inner freedom and happiness that we always have been looking for.
