Maria Veie is an exhibition space for young artists focusing on Public Art as installations, video, photography and drawings. The gallery aims to be sustainable, e.g. using second-hand furniture, electronical marketing, and recycled materials for publications and during restoration.

”Codename: Sailor V” er en performance, og et samarbeid mellom Sissel Merete Bjørkli, Elisabeth Kjeldahl Nilsson (lys), Rudi Simmons (lyd) og Morten Kippe (ytre øye). Utgangspunktet for prosjektet er forventinger, virkelighetsflukt og savn, inspirert av tegneserie-forfatteren Aya Takano´s ”Tokyo Space Diary”. Tematikken utspilles i Bjørklis helt særegne univers, i grenselandet mellom fantasi og virkelighet.
