Galleri SchadenFreuden

Galleri SchadenFreuden is a small artist run space by Magnus Eriksen and Anielka Hampson set in the middle of St. Hanshaugen in Oslo. Here the aim is to set up an interesting dialogue in the Oslo art scene whilst introducing fellow foreign up-and-coming artists from time to time.

Returning to one of his favourite topics, Rock and Roll, the gallery has undergone a transformation now draped in red velvet with guitars that have been amplified and modified to leave a human impression. He brings together a live performance with painting, sculpture and an installation for public use.
