Rouleur Bar
The Rouleur bar makes sure you get a terrific cup of coffee, ethiopian or kenyan – scandinavian style of course. The workshop will handle all your service needs while you try our single shot espressos made on the Strietman, a handmade and handpowered piece made in holland.
The selection of wine is focused on underrated wine regions like Beaujolais and Muscadet, presenting new young producers making fresch wine in coloaboration with nature. Often “Vin de soif”; pure, fresh and drinkable wines.
We also have a small selection of handcrafted spirits and love herbal liquers like the local Marka bitter and the classic chartreuse. Try our signature drink “Nordmarka” or the more eclectic “Mont Ventoux” wich has nothing in common with the montain except for the boldness of it’s composition. We also have the best Gin & Tonics in town, no doubt about it!
