Яui de la Penha and Hansol are not chefs but they know how to serve the best music for people to dance!

After some search in the daily market they found the best ingredients and decided to take over the kantina and throw their own plates.
After mixing and blending great flavours together they came up with a perfect recipie for an esquisite menu!

Their first dinner will be on Friday, the 12th of February!

The menu will be as follows:

Aperitiv
A selection of cheesy tunes with some housy crackers.

1st course
A well done steak of rare minimal techno acompained with a delicious deep infused puree of the house.

2nd course
Roasted and crispy Drum & Bass with a sorted funky salad.

Dessert
Sweet groovy jams with lots of Bassilicum.

For the pleased ones there will be a 2nd dining area to relax with a selection of chilli out and ambient tunas.

We are welcoming friends and their friends to our first dinner session @ Vaterland!
