Overcoming fear and anxiety

Many people suffer from feelings of fear and constant anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life.

In this evening talk Gen Tubchen will explore mindfulness methods, meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.

By using meditation and integrating that experience into your life eventually you will eradicate all your negativity and you can enjoy a peaceful and happy mind all the time.

This public talk are suitable for all levels of experience and everyone is welcome!

Participants sit on chairs or meditation cushions to meditate.
