During this course Gen Kelsang Tubchen will present an inspiring vision of our potential, based on Buddhas teachings. As we change our mind, we change who we are and the world we live in.

She will guide us in simple yet effective meditations that we can use in our daily lives, gradually bringing our vision into reality. Through deepening our peace, our good heart, our patience and overcoming our bad habits, we can empower ourselves, improve our relationships and learn to enjoy truly satisfying and meaningful lives.

By using meditation and integrating that experience into your life eventually you will eradicate all your negativity and you can enjoy a peaceful and happy mind all the time.

This public talk are suitable for all levels of experience and everyone is welcome!

Participants sit on chairs or meditation cushions to meditate.
