Ezequiel Menalled (composer from Argentina) - Artist in Residence USF Verftet - artist talk at MiB

Thursday 10th of December at kl. 20 – Mediaverkstedet i Bergen at USF Verftet. Room 263, entrance J, house at the harbour behind the main house.
Musician and composer Ezequiel Menalled from Buenos Aires lives and works in The Hague where he completed his studies in composition at the Royal Conservatoire in 2002. Besides his work as a freelance composer he is the artistic and musical director of Ensemble Modelo62, a group devoted
to the performance of contemporary music.
During his residency at USF, Ezequiel has produced 2 works for ensemble titled “La vida breve” and “N N”. Together with video artist Enara Barnes, Ezequiel started a collaboration developing a video & sound project.
Thursday evening Ezequiel will present some recent works before we screen “El Desierto Negro” where he composed the music for. BYO. Welcome!
