Body & Voice in Creations with Fernanda Branco free workshop

The work will be a research on the body as creator of expressions and the voice as a 3
dimensional landscape. Working on the sonorous aspect of text and on the performer’s dramaturgy to focus on the organic inner flux, the awakening of primal movements, hidden vocal capacities and creation through the body’s way of thinking. The main aspect is to allow voice and body to be one entity working freely. Open to dancers, actors, singers and performers.

The elements of the work are: physical training, breath, vocal capacities, text and performative creations.

A final creative work will be developed combining individual and group works and presented to an audience.

The working language will be English. The participants should come with a short text memorized (text: of any source, any language, min. 4 lines).
