Firstly they’ll be a live performance by Ziilli Al Buggahs – a DJ and songwriter combination that’s going to blow your bleedin’ socks off. They are the axis of allies between analog & digital, DJ & Songwriter. Confederated & unified.
Followed by LOUD MINORITY (http://soundcloud.com/loud-minority-radio, twitter.com/loudminorityrad) Named after Frank Fosters’ seminal slice of proto-panther free jazz big band guerilla funk, LM was initially instigated as an intimate party by Bournemouth based soon to be superstar DJ’s Cross and Cornelius. The latter had formally been going loco down in Tokyo, playing a central role in the eradication of the feudal system and the emergence of post bushido acid disco, whilst the former earned his stripes down under, playing ghettotech to pub rockers.
With a combined record collection reflecting years of spinning tracks, the duo gained notoriety for their genre fucking sets which encompassed bebop, rare groove, northern soul, italo house, electro pop, hip hop, dancehall, indie punk, rocksteady, everything in between, and a whole lot of shit on the outside as well.
As a special treat the duo will be reuniting on the 29th April at Sud Ost for a disco not disco, dance your tits off party. Check it!
Helping in the reunification process will be Sandee from Fransk Frukost on Scat Vocals… FUCK ME this is gonna be good!
