The Art Militia mobiliserer og forbereder en operasjon på Kunsthall Oslo. Art Militia er “an open platform for creative work" med baser i Tyskland, Norge og USA, og henter sin inspirasjon like mye fra begrepet sosial skulptur som fra det 20.århundrets anarkistiske paramilitære organisasjoner. Art Militia sier om seg selv: “The purpose of the system is to function as a framework for self-organization and creative work. Individual units are autonomous and shall comprise entirely of volunteers. Anyone can found a new unit of the art militia. Officership represents responsibility, not absolute authority. Any disputes within a unit should be resolved by voting. Such votes shall never be held during active operations or training, but under resting conditions."
