The visitor will have to keep the map to don’t get lost in our
labyrinth… We will come back to the origin of the PIP
Show, with a special bird-room.
The performances will occur sporadically between

I am a MFA 2 student at SKA. I am from Switzerland, and swiss people are known for their nerdy love for perfection. Well, today I combine my nerdy, geometric artwork with the destruction of fire to light up the Norwegian night. Maybe I will burn away my sense for perfection and start making serious artworks, like exploring the performative aspect of interaction with ephemeral artworks by the public.

Kirsten Lindholm Astrup (f. 1983) er student ved Kunstakademiet i Oslo. Hun jobber hovedsakelig med musikk og stedsspesifikke performanceinstallasjoner, enten alene eller i fellesskap med andre. Tematisk kredses der ofte om identitet, seksualitet, globalisering og rodløshed. Ved Pip Showet kan man oppleve utdrag fra hendes stedsspecifikke performance ONE WOMAN CABARET. Nylige performancer/utstillinger har funnet sted i Warehouse 9 i København, MFAPS og WIZARD i Oslo.

The Lao project is flying on the positive wings of life cycles.It will take you on tour through the big mess of the Univers.A mess with a powerful harmonic order behind where everything has a reason to be. Lao is drawing and sculpting sound like crop circles.We will travel from the darkest part of the cosmos to the most enlightened spheres where Energy is action, compassion and strenght… Hopefully you will get lost in your own inner reality:Let the music invade your emotional landscape and find out that beyond your own limits, there are no limits….

how to write a chapter – 60 min

how to write a chapter Is a continuation of an ongoing larger writing project, some of it has been exhibited as sculpture, and as a whole is looking at ways to present writing and tekst in different forums and through different methods. This performance aims to give a look into the process and present it as art. Also the viewer will have an extraordinary chance to look at raw material as it is coming unchanged and direct from the artist hand.

The project define the differences between room in use by dancers and the space used by artists. Performance consist of life printing by interaction between dancer and wet woodcut paint 250 /130 cm.
Performance takes approx 3 minutes and visitors can paint their own or prepared T- shirts.
The project is part of MA research with title Norma, Dhe development of human ́s creativity.

Breathing through Matter – 20 min

The live burial has been a initiation rite used by several religions. Both monks from christian backgrounds and shamans of siberia has been doing this practice. Also recently it has been popularized as an extreme therapy of sorts.
The sensory deprivation is a tool for delving into your own mind, confronting inner demons, fear of death, isolation and ultimately a way of self-enlightenment. My fascination lies with both this religious/therpeutic approach and also an approach of a more artistic matter.
The transformation of the body of a performer into an object. The materiality of art as a promise of transcendence. Our connection to matter reinstated as a category worthwhile investigating.
