Info Meeting for New Student Run Environmental Magazine

Tvergastein, the new interdisciplinary journal for the environment is holding an information meeting for students interested in contributing their work to the Spring 2012 edition.
This first edition will focus on the 20th anniversary of the 1992 Rio Earth Summit which will be marked in the upcoming Rio+20 conference held in June, 2012. The 7 critical issues on the table are jobs, energy, cities, food, water, oceans, and disasters. Are you knowledgable in one or more of these fields? Or have you been writing or planning to write about the related issues of the politics of climate change, global health or biodiversity? If so this is a good opportunity to get you work published along with some of the experts in these fields. We are looking for student contributions (in Norwegian or English) from all faculties, and all schools of thought.

Main speaker at the event will be Bård Lahn (Climate Advisor, Norges Naturvernforbund) and there will be free pizza!
