DJ MOXIE (Deviation, NTS, DMZ / UK)
Hot off the back of celebrating four years of success with the Deviation parties, Time Out has nominated Moxie as one of the top DJs to look out for in 2012 alongside the likes of Maya Jane Coles, T. Williams and John Talabot. Having co-produced the Deviation parties with Benji B for the past few years Moxie took up a permanent slot on NTS radio in early 2011 to add to her guest shows on stations such as Kiss and Rinse FM. From being the first female DJ to play at renowned dub spot DMZ, she has established herself as an excellent selector DJ playing a multitude of styles seamlessly without losing sight of the dancefloor. BBC Radio 1 DJ Benji B says ‘Moxie is not just a good technical DJ, but a good selector. She has great taste in music across the board and is open to music styles both old and new. Watch out for her in 2012."

BEATBULLY live (Dødpop / NO)
Skweee producer from Hamar and co-founder of Dødpop. Beatbully was the first artist on the label to release a full LP, Kosmisk Reign, which received great reviews from publications such as XLR8R, LowRiders and Sonic Router.“Serious Skweee heat from Beatbully, setting off his debut LP on Dødpop. This is easily one of the heaviest Skweee records we’ve ever clapped lugs upon, refining the sound to a diamante-sharp refraction of R&B 8-Bit electronics and a killer digidub flavour.” Boomkat

SNASEN live (Sellout! / NO)
Snasen is a graphic designer, illustrator, and musician living and working in Oslo, Norway. In this past year alone he has come to the fore playing support for the likes of Actress at Øyafestivalen and latterly Gold Panda at The Drop.“Snasen remind us a wee bit of Oorutaichi, and a wee bit of a calmer Chris Clark. They’re choppy and glitchy and sample-y and bass-heavy and generally most enjoyable.” JaJaJa music

INKO live (Stereoptico / NO)
An experienced beat maker and up and coming name in the Norwegian beats scene; Inko has developed his sound from an eclectic use of Caribbean drum patterns and samples mixed with modern electronic ‘offbeats’. His first two EPs for the RBMA recognised Stereoptico imprint (3 members of the Domenican based collective are past participants) picked up recognition from local and international publications (MTV Iggy , Concepto Radio…) and catapulted him to gigs with Rustie, Mweslee and Offshore amongst others.

TORKELSEN live (Sellout! / NO)
You need to keep your eyes and ears open for Torkelsen.
As the Berlin based music website No Fear of Pop said:
“if the Norwegian glitch/electronic producer Torkelsen is for whatever reason still unknown to your memory, then we strongly recommend you to do something about it.”
“If some good time glitch electro sounds good right now, than help yourself to a dose of Torkelsen’s Markjordbaer”
- Impose Magazine
“jazzy, smoothly off-kilter beatscapes”
- XLR8R
He’s dropping his debut album in March, and we can assure you that it’s GOOD.
