Underskog

Monolab is the solo project of Experimental/Drone musician Martin Powell.
origianlly a uk based artist Martin has been living in Oslo for nearly 5 years.
He is an active part of Oslo’s experimental/improv scene playing in a number of Oslo bands (KOBI, Layers of the Onion, Monday the Twentyfirsts, 10 Seconds of Forever..etc) .

Martin under the name of ‘Monolab’ has been performing his brand of experimental / electronic “Space Music” since 1992… although these days live outing’s are a Rare thing indeed. using old synths, oscillators, tapes, echo machines, guitars… etc

Similarities Have been made with:- Sonic Boom’s E.A.R Project, Add N To X, Space Machine, and the early works of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop.
