Fred i Europa er ingen selvfølge!

Nobelkomiteen har i 2012 gitt fredsprisen til EU. I begrunnelsen heter det: “Den stabiliserende rolle EU har spilt, har bidratt til å omforme størstedelen av Europa fra et krigens til et fredens kontinent”.

I anledning fredsprisutdelingen inviterer vi alle til å tenne en fakkel for fred i Europa.

Møt opp ved tigeren utenfor Oslo S mandag 10. desember kl. 18.00. Vi går fra Oslo S til Eidsvolls plass (Grand Hotel). Det vil bli utdelt fakler.

Torchlight Procession for Peace

Peace in Europe cannot be taken for granted!

The Nobel Committee has in 2012 given the Peace Prize to the EU. The citation reads: “The stabilising part played by the EU has helped to transform most of Europe from a continent of war to a continent of peace”.

On the occasion of the Nobel Peace Prize Award Ceremony, we invite everyone to light a torch for peace in Europe.

Meet by the tiger statue in front of Oslo Central Station on Monday 10 December at 18.00. We will march from the Central Station to Eidsvoll Square (Grand Hotel). There will be distributed torches.
