A two day Kundalini Yoga workshop for all levels on 6th and 7th of April in Oslo.

In this vibrant workshop you will practice Kundalini Yoga, also known as “The Yoga of Awareness”. We will start with an introduction to Kundalini Yoga and will move through a playful and dynamic Kundalini yoga practice including Pranayamas, Kriyas, Mantras, Deep Relaxations and Meditations.

This workshop is created to give the participants a profound experience of the silence within, dissolving past memories and emotions, releasing old tensions from the mental, emotional and physical bodies allowing the Inner Awareness to shine in and out. Through a deep letting go, in this process of inner cleansing you shall be experiencing that effortless Awareness which is always present here and now behind our thoughts, emotions and physical sensations.

No previous Yoga experience is required or is necessary for this workshop, just a humble willingness to participate with an open mind and heart to explore your inner space full of peace, joy and creativity. This workshop is of 2 days for 7 hours each day with a two-hour lunch break. Participants can choose to come for a single day as well but it is highly recommended to come for a complete workshop to be able to go through the whole process this workshop is suppose to take you through.

Price for 2 days: NOK 1800 before 1st of March, NOK 2500 after 1st of March.
