Here we are again:
for the third time Vin og Grønt will participate at the Oslo Restaurant day!!!

Organic ingredients from local farmers mixed with south Italian specialities and traditions.
Prepared in a simple and genuine way with a touch of gourmet feeling and innovation.
Based on an accurate research for each single ingredient and natural hand made food processes, we don´t use any animal product nor soya, tofu, seitan.
Just nature in your plate.

We cover a max of 35 seats to guarantee freshness and quality of our food.

Based on the season and availability of the products, this is what you’re going to enjoy with us.



Starter:
Blue potato cake with kale, Hokkaido pumpkin, and a hint of fennel.


Main course:

Risotto with savoy, apple chutney and roasted chestnuts. 


Dessert:
“Castagnaccio” with pear fondue and cardamom.
