The works of the Norwegian video artist Tor Jørgen van Eijk create a visible intersection between past and future of video art. Instead of digital perfection he is focusing on the originally analogue roots of the media. In the outcome his videos are reminiscent of paintings, minimalistic expressions that holds the spectator in a meditative state of fascination.
