Enjoy relaxing and refreshing meditations that you can bring with you into the summer.

This serious of drop-in classes will give you the perfect tools to keep a peaceful and happy mind throughout the summer. Whether you are enjoying a nice holiday, busy with the kids or the summer didn’t quite turn out the way you wanted it to, meditation can help you have joy in your heart.

These weekly meditation classes are suitable for all levels of experience and everyone is welcome!

This class combines simple guided meditations and practical teachings on modern buddhism – easy to practice and powerfull to solve our everyday problems. The methods taught are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind but can be practised by anyone, Buddhist or not.

You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a session. You do not need to book in advance, simply pay when you arrive. Participants sit on chairs or meditation cushions to meditate.
