New Year, New You
tirsdag 31. desember kl. 19:00 på Nordisk Kadampa Meditasjonssenter
The new year is a symbol of possibility. We wish to change and for our lives to go in a better direction but for that to happen we need to connect with the potential that exists within our minds.
Start the New Year with a fresh perspective. This event is open to everyone and will consist of Tara Chanting, a delicious vegetarian meal followed by guided meditation and teaching and Tara Chanting to bring in the New Year. Green Tara is a female Buddha that is very swift in removing obstacles and helping us increase favourable conditions, and our qualities of love, compassion and wisdom.
There is also the opportunity to join us for further sessions of Tara Chanting, as we engage in a 6 session Tara chanting throughout the day (3am/7am/11am/3pm/7pm and 11pm).
