Learn to Meditate in half a day

Half-day course with Gen Dragpa

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing morning of meditation, and learn three simple meditations on compassion and love with resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Dragpa. Each meditation helps us to develop a more positive and relaxed approach to life. Through sharing his personal experience, Gen Dragpa will provide a clear and diverse introduction to meditation as a positive way of life. At the conclusion of the course participants can choose one meditation to focus on and train in at home if they wish to experience these benefits for themselves.

This course is taught by Gen Kelsang Dragpa. He is the Resident Teacher at Nordic KMC, and National Spiritual Director for the Nordic Region. He has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years and has been an ordained monk since 1993. His way of teaching is very practical and easy to understand.

Everybody welcome
No need for any special clothing or equipment. No previous experience is required. You can sit on a chair or on a meditation cushion.
