This course will explore how to recognise and let go of the many negative and heavy states of mind that weigh us down and obstruct our happiness, and instead learn how to develop and maintain peaceful, positive minds that bring us tremendous energy and joy in daily life. During this four week course which will include guided meditation, teaching and discussion we can explore the very real choices we have to free ourselves from anger, unhealthy attachments, stress, and confusion and instead develop our patience, love, acceptance and wisdom.
